When does the game start?
All home games start at 7:00PM with a 7:10PM kickoff. The doors open at 6:00PM. However, Season Ticket Holders can enter the Qwest Arena VIP Club and SportsZone up to an hour and a half before game time.
Does my child need a ticket?
Children age 2 and older must have a ticket to enter Qwest Arena. Children under 2 years of age do not need a ticket, but must sit on the accompanying adult's lap.
Can I bring my camera to Qwest Arena?
Absolutely. We welcome both still and video cameras at Qwest Arena. You cannot, however, use a tripod because they tend to block the view of other fans.
Can I bring a stroller?
Yes. If it won't fit comfortably under your seat, you can leave it at the Guest Relations Booth.
Is outside food allowed?
No. We do make exceptions for medical reasons.
Can I bring a bag?
Yes. Backpacks, purses, bags, and diaper bags are subject to search by Qwest Arena security.
I received a certificate for Burn tickets. How do I redeem it?
You need to bring your certificate to the box office at Qwest Arena and exchange it for your seats. Only originals will be accepted and we suggest you redeem the certificate at least one week prior to your desired game.
How many people do I need to purchase group tickets?
At least 20. Call Ben Cottier at (208) 472-2115 for information, policies, rates and benefits.
Do the Burn hold tryouts for players?
Yes. Open tryouts are held during the winter months. Check back frequently to find out dates and times right here on www.boiseburn.com.
How can I sing the National Anthem at an Boise Burn home game?

When can I get the players autographs?
All players will sign autographs on the field at the conclusion of every home game.
How can I make sure I get a promotional giveaway item?
The Burn guarantee ALL season ticket holders giveaway items. All remaining items are handed out to the first fans through the door while supplies last.
Can I get cash at Qwest Arena?
Yes. An automated teller machine is located in the Qwest Arena lobby and on the concourse of Qwest Arena near section 113.
Can I keep the football?
Fans are invited to keep footballs deflected into the seats, but are reminded to be aware of footballs and other objects that may leave the playing surface and come into the seats.
Is there a lost and found area at Qwest Arena?
Lost and found items may be turned into or picked up at the Qwest Arena Guest Relations Booth on the concourse at section 117 or at the Qwest Arena Box Office.
Can I listen to the games on the radio?

Can I tour Qwest Arena?
Public tours of Qwest Arena are available by reservation only. Call Qwest Arena at (208) 424-2200 to schedule a tour.
How can I get a Burn pocket schedule?
