After my twins were born I just could not seem to get my body back into shape, I tried every diet on the internet and joined the local gym but with no results. Locating a Gym – Not As Easy As I Thought

Being new to the Dallas area I am having to learn all new destinations for everything that I do. This has been somewhat helped by some helpful new friends who have shown me around the city and have introduced me to their favorite locations. I have been introduced to some of the really great restaurants in town and I have even been able to see some of the tourist attractions that make Dallas special. I have visited the stock yard and the John F. Kennedy memorial, but I have not had anyone to show me where a good gym is. Maybe this is because my new friends don’t work out, but it would be nice to hear from someone with experience where a good gym is. I guess I’m left to myself for this research. I have been looking around for a local Addison fitness facility and hopefully I will be able to find one that is to my liking.

An Exciting Workshop Next Summer

I’m excited to go the yoga retreat Malaysia workshop during the summer of 2012. My friend and I are going there and we heard about an excellent center with good teachers. It will be wonderful to be able to get in some yoga during our vacation. I find often when I travel that my muscles get tight and that I get stressed out trying to do lots of activities. The idea of a vacation is to relax. However, when I travel, I always feel I should be seeing so many sites, eating in great restaurants and shopping. This time, I am going to do something restful that is good for my spirit. The workshop will be a nice time to not think about seeing all the historical sites. We go on vacation to get rest and peace, but often that is not what happens. I also find that I never exercise on vacation, so this will be a wonderful way to take care of myself.
